Zoe Bolton Podcast Live

I’ve known Zoe for pretty much all my life and she is now about to embark on an adventure spending a year in Africa working with a Christian organisation called Hands at Work.

There is so much to admire about Zoe and you will find her interview fascinating and enlightening. We talk about faith, university choices and how to deal with your parents splitting up. Zoe is only just out of her teenage years and into her early twenties but she is very wise.

Introductory Podcast Launched!

Hi everyone!

Just to say that I’ve launched my first podcast, which is a bit of an explanation of what “Talking Teenage Life” is going to be all about, in case you didn’t know! It includes some clips from interviews I’ve already done – I’ve currently got four that I’m finishing editing and one that it uploaded and will be available from next Sunday – 3rd March.

Now although I’ve uploaded the podcast today I have to wait for the nice people at Apple and iTunes to approve my podcast before you can find it there. It will hopefully be available soon, so keep an eye out for it so you can then subscribe.

However, if you keen to hear it now, then you need to click on the link below to get a sneaky early preview:

Please do let me know what you think. I’d love to hear your feedback and, as it’s my first attempt, I am sure there are loads of things that I could improve on.

So here we go – let’s get talking teenage life!

Introduction to “Talking Teenage Life”

Thanks for joining me!

So we are now up and running and I’m really excited. I’ve managed to get some fairly basic podcasting equipment together and I’m learning the ropes with editing. I’ve got a pair of headphones, a couple of mics, a mixer and I’ve downloaded some software to make the podcast happen.

What could possibly go wrong!

Most importantly, I’ve found some guests willing to talk to me about their teenage years.

And what a fascinating group I’ve found to be in my first, few podcasts.

I’ve been talking to a lady who became the first ever female President of the Lawn Tennis Association. She was on court to present Andy Murray with his Wimbledon trophy!

Then I met the lady who started out as a barrister and ended up on children’s TV. She became famous as Tiswas’s phantom flan flinger – I know – I’ve never heard of it either but my parents were hugely impressed that I’d interviewed her!

Throw in an interview with a radio commentator who has already covered over 1,000 games for his favourite team, plus a girl in her twenties who is about to head off on an African adventure for a year, and you can see why I’m excited to share these stories.

So here is my introductory podcast that will get you into the feel of what they are all about. Click on the link below to download the introductory podcast:

You will find all my podcasts as a blog on my website, but better than that why not subscribe through your normal podcast provider.

I’d love to hear you feedback and ideas too by the way.

Hope you enjoy listening to my guests and I “talking teenage life!”

Bye
